Limited Lifetime Warranty

A new Ryan Guitar is warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for as long as it remains in the original owner’s possession. This warranty is non-transferrable. 

Ryan Guitars are made with the utmost care from the finest materials available. However, due to adverse atmospheric conditions in your area, the instrument’s finish can crack, “check,” or delaminate. Please be advised, any resulting cracking, checking, or delamination is not covered under this warranty. 

Ryan Guitars’ limited warranty does not cover wear and tear from normal use. Further, it does not cover any damage resulting from misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications, unauthorized repairs, improper maintenance, accidents, exposure to adverse temperature and/or humidity.  

This warranty is strictly limited to repair or replacement of any and all parts of the instrument found, under this warranty, to be defective upon examination by Ryan Guitars. In no event shall Ryan Guitars be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. 

Shipping and insurance charges to and from the Ryan Guitars workshop for authorized repairs are the responsibility of the owner. Ryan Guitars is not liable for any damages that occur in transit to or from the Ryan Guitars workshop. 

THIS WARRANTY IS THE SOLE WARRANTY OF RYAN GUITARS AND IS GIVEN IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, BY ASSOCIATES OF RYAN GUITARS, INCLUDING RETAIL REPRESENTATIVES.

HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM:

If you experience any issues with your guitar, please first contact the shop where you purchased it. Your authorized dealer representative is a boutique guitar expert and personally advised by Ryan Guitars’ technicians to determine the best course of action.
